The setting was absolutely perfect, really close to Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada as well as the downtown district. Clifton Hill district was worth visiting. - Staff were pretty friendly. - Room was lovely, romantic, and newly renovated with a view.

excellent location of the hotel next to bridge between both states. and it was also near to many attractions friendly staff, restaurants and the falls and close to all the attractions. although the room was lovely romantic and recently refurbished it had not so great views. the bed was very comfy and the bathroom here was elegant.

The hotel is easy to find and has really friendly staff. the location is magnificent, right next door to Niagara Falls and the casino. the Clifton Hill district is worth exploring.

Loved the location close to the falls. Stopped by Perkins Restaurant & Bakery to get some coffee and treats, it's not too far from the venue, recommend. Too bad that we didn't have time, but we will come back.

The room I booked was beautifully romantic, recently renovated, had a king-sized bed, and a jacuzzi tub.

The location of this hotel to downtown and the Falls is great. Felt secure leaving car at hotel.
The hallways smelled bad, but the rooms did not smell. Getting to the hotel from Canada side by car was a bit tricky.

The services were excellent! I was offered a room with nice views of the river. the employees were really friendly and efficient. the hotel was in an excellent location near to within walking distance of the main streets and many attractions. Close to the falls.
